Google G-Suite Partner

Cloud Solutions is a Google Reseller and can provide Google G-Suite. We have been a user of Google since 2008 and have implemented many customers over this period.

With Google G-Suite you can choose to continue to use Outlook as your email client if you wish however in doing so you do give up some functionality within G-Suite however we understand the challenge faced by many when changing. This is why there is an Outlook connector available for G-Suite.

We also prefer Google G-Suite when integrating to Zoho CRM. This can be very useful if you have a number of email addresses or domains in your company. This is because Google G-Suite treats each email the same so it does not matter if it is an received or sent email. Whereas other systems treat emails as In and Out. Also, with G-Suite acting as a POP client you can bring multiple email domains or addresses into Zoho CRM via a single connection. Bring these emails into Zoho CRM directly is limited in number where as there is no limited in G-Suite.

Zoho CRM also supports both integration via IMAP and POP. With IMAP your mailbox is in sync in Zoho CRM with your server however in our opinion this may not be the best option as email history can be removed by staff when they delete them from their inbox for any reason, where as POP will not allow this. The other issue is archiving of email when a user is made inactive. This is not possible with IMAP. If IMAP is used the mailbox in Zoho CRM would need to be converted to POP and downloaded. It must be then understood the appropriate email storage space is required in Zoho CRM and Zoho Mail. There is a 5GB limit until more storage must be purchased.
