CloudPBX and
VoIP Services
Cloud Solutions provides a cloud hosted telephone solutions, known as CloudPBX services. The CloudPBX service is VoIP based which means it uses the Internet to communicate between the server, the phone in your office and the server and the telecom provider.

CloudPBX services are available throughout New Zealand, Australia and Asia. Currently Asia countries supported include Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Hong Kong and Japan. China can be used internally but obtaining external China numbers is now more difficult than in the past.
CloudPBX offers a level of integration with Zoho CRM. The integration at this point is limited to pushing call history to the Activity module. From there a user can manually connect the record to the Lead, Contact or create the Lead if it was a new inquiry.
Outbound dialing is available from Zoho CRM and click-to-dial. This will connect to your desk phone, which will ring, once you pick up it will place the outbound call. Incoming calls will be logged in Zoho CRM as Calls and visible under Activities. From there an activity can be associated with a Lead or Contact.
