Managing data flow between marketing, sales and finance is important to every business. Accurate and up-to-date financial accounts are vital today are demanded by business owners.

Cloud Solutions has worked with a third-party provider of cloud connectors to fine tune the Xero to Zoho CRM connector. Our clients enjoy the use of a connector that does more than is normally available in the market. 

 

Connectors move or sync data between cloud applications. Cloud Solutions tested the applications in the market and then selected one provider and then further fine tuned the connector for both our own business and our clients.

The integration between Xero accounting and Zoho CRM will allow Customer Invoices to be sent to Xero as a Draft Invoice with the Xero invoice status and invoice number being sent back to Zoho CRM.

 

With Xero's automated bank feeds, including PayPal, it is quick and easy to settle customer invoices without any data input. Once the invoice in Xero is settled, the  Zoho CRM Invoice status is updated to Paid. Email notification can be sent to the account manager.

Within Zoho CRM we have scripts that convert the Sales Order to a Purchase Order and then the cloud connector can send the Purchase Order to Xero Purchase Orders pending the Bill arriving from the Supplier.

Zoho CRM Mapping to Xero: Includes sending the Zoho CRM Invoice details including the Invoice Date, Due Date, Reference (Inv No.), Customer name and address and Products to Xero. The Xero Invoice Number is sent back to Zoho CRM along with the transaction status, which is kept in sync. Zoho CRM Purchase Orders are sent to Xero Purchase Orders (Not Bills). Once the Bill arrives from the Supplier (Vendor) Xero will prompt the user to match with a PO to that Supplier.
